I have not sold a lot of houses so am not fully familiar with the processes involved, at no time was any question a silly question, everything Richard covered with me was in a language I could understand. Richard was in constant contact with updates and I never doubted that he was working with the highest level of integrity and always with my best interests at heart. The communication from any other member of the team was always friendly and efficient. Overall the experience of selling my property, although stressful at times due to the market was made so much easier due to the confidence I had with Richard and his team, their open and honest communication and how easy it was to deal with them. We happen to met Sheree by chance in one of her open homes. I believe it’s an answered prayer for us. We were looking to buy a house, but we don’t know where to start.
