We had bought our property through Himanshu so we decided to sell it to through him and I must say it has been an amazing experience. Given the market, our house took more than expected time to sell but in this whole time Himanshu has been like a rock standing by us. Every question, queries, and concerns were explained with examples and market insights. As a seller you come across many times where you are not ready or unaware of the next move but every time something like this raised, Himanshu talked us through the process and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Sandra at Harcourts in Glenview. Sandra and her team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Sandra is very professional, caring and friendly. She offered constant feedback throughout the sale process. From the start, I felt that I was in good hands - indeed I was. I would definitely use Sandra for any further property sales.
