I have not sold a lot of houses so am not fully familiar with the processes involved, at no time was any question a silly question, everything Richard covered with me was in a language I could understand. Richard was in constant contact with updates and I never doubted that he was working with the highest level of integrity and always with my best interests at heart. The communication from any other member of the team was always friendly and efficient. Overall the experience of selling my property, although stressful at times due to the market was made so much easier due to the confidence I had with Richard and his team, their open and honest communication and how easy it was to deal with them. It was also lovely to see how happy Richard was for me, when the property was finally sold.

From the minute I walked into the open home that Hugo was hosting I felt supported, guided and absolutely no pressure. Hugo was not pushing but he sure knows how to sell a house. Our experience with Jamie was fantastic, we got in contact via another real estate friend as the property had gone off the market, Jamie was so accommodating. He told us all the information we needed to know which limited the back and forth you sometimes get when buying a property. He was oh so very patient with us and our lack of how these things work but we sorted it out and now we own the most beautiful house, which is perfect for our family.
