From the get-go, Glenn made the whole process easy for us. We struck up a genuine connection and rapport with him, and he really went in to bat for us with the vendors right down to the day that we went unconditional. He couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. This was our first home purchase, and we felt out of our depth and a little unsure, based on previous open homes and how 'pushy' some of the other real estate agents had been. Upon shaking Glenn's hand and introducing ourselves, we knew that we were going to be just fine. Having Glenn there to help us navigate this whole process was instrumental in us pulling this off. He had such a pleasant and calming nature and was genuinely invested in us as a family and as buyers. He was very patient with me and all the seemingly 'stupid' questions that I asked him along the way. He made himself available for us, no matter what time of the day or night it was; he was there, answering our questions and keeping us informed every step of the way. My wife and I both feel very fortunate to have met Glenn. He has set the standard and my expectations for what a real estate agent should be - I really feel for any real estate agents I might encounter in the future, because they'll have to live up to what I'm calling the 'Glenn factor'. Again, I cannot fault Glenn, and I really hope that our paths cross again in the future.
Mark was such a hardworking agent. Very communicative with all parties and supremely proactive. He really made the selling process as stress free as possible. And while he could have successfully sold our property to a line of interested parties, the people who were successful were absolutely delighted with their purchase, and their experience also. If we couldn’t make it to the property to do something, Mark took care of it. He was such a positive guy to deal with, and we would not hesitate to recommend him for selling your property. When we were first referred to Lynn, by another very successful agent - we researched her approach and met her in person after meeting with three other extremely qualified, lovely local agents. Lynn showed us multiple homes off market prior to listing with her, and we got a great sense of how she sells. Quietly, confidently, and with integrity. All of her reviews after our first meetings rang true immediately. Her style of Marketing was all about the property, never her, she enlisted a film maker to do a beautiful clip that we will treasure forever, the photography was publication worthy and not your typical approach, even the handouts were printed on beautiful card. With her enviable style and grace, honest upfront nature, she believed in our property wholeheartedly. Listing in Autumn, the market took a terrible dive during our long campaign. Road Closures, and bad weather - it was a long hard slog. Lynn kept the faith and did multiple private viewings, again with ease and never a negative word to say, just honest feedback, coupled with reassurance. Lynn got us a multi offer just as we were about to pull it from the market. The constant calm Lynn exudes, her style of selling, and vast experience made what was an emotional sale for us - far easier.
