I started in real estate in 2007, with 10 years of marketing and sales experience already behind me. Since then I have consistently been one of West Auckland's top salespeople, and having sold through every property cycle, I know what it takes to get results in any market.
Marketing is where my background really shows: my qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in advertising. Negotiation, to me, is a process of meeting needs and finding solutions — and securing the best price for my vendor is always the goal. That can take patience: my longest negotiation ran 17 months, and in the end I successfully closed the sale.

I emigrated from China more than 20 years ago, settled in West Auckland, and very quickly made New Zealand home.
