Lorraine did an outstanding job helping us both purchase a property and sell a property simultaneously, which was a very challenging process. We could not sell one property unless we secured the other, so timing and coordination were critical throughout. To make matters even more stressful, the building inspections on both properties uncovered issues we were completely unaware of. Despite all the obstacles and uncertainty along the way, Lorraine remained calm, professional, and persistent, guiding us through every step of the process. Against all odds, we got there in the end, and we are extremely grateful for Lorraine’s hard work, communication, and determination. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.
