Mark McArthur of Bayley's recently arranged for the sale of 22 Chatsworth Road, Silverstream, Owned by the Ronald and Majorie McCulloch Trust. The writer is a trustee of that trust. Mark has comprehensive knowledge of the local housing market with a long history of selling houses. On two occasions when we were both buying and selling houses Mark provided positive ideas and suggestions. I never felt under pressure to make decisions. Nothing was too big of a problem for Mark.
