Regular updates meant I was fully informed and allowed me to relax during the wholesale process. His research, ongoing monitoring and reporting to me of similar properties for sale, meant I was knowledgeable as to what our pricing strategy should be and any changes needed. My wife and I approached Team Anderton on the back of a recommendation made. We weren't disappointed. We went through a tender process where we compared both Paul's marketing proposal and another. It was clear from that first meeting (and the proposal submission), that Paul knew his market well and the strategy proposed made practical, sound sense. This was unlike the other plan which was incomplete and fanciful. Being a pragmatic and proactive couple - and perhaps lacking in patience :) - we constantly proposed/challenged new sales and marketing ideas to Paul and Caitlin.
