I honestly couldn’t recommend Carissa highly enough. What started about six months ago when I was looking at a house she was selling ended up with her helping me through both buying my new home and selling my own. She was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my new house, even though it was being sold through a different agency, and then went above and beyond when it came to selling mine. She took care of absolutely everything (from organising the stager/window cleaners/tradesmen) to all the little details that can make selling a house so stressful. Her knowledge, communication (kept up-to-date all the way through the process) and her attention to detail were fantastic, and she did a brilliant job with the advertising and social media. She worked incredibly hard to get a great result and made the whole process so much easier. I really couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend her without hesitation!

We had a great experience working with Carissa while we bought a house sight unseen! Carissa met with my dad and brother who looked at the house for us and she kept in close contact throughout. She was upfront about any issues with the house and how the deadline sale process would work. When we were negotiating with the vendors there was no undue pressure or tricky negotiating tactics. Come settlement she made the process seamless and made us feel very welcome in our new community. Would definitely recommend Carissa to a friend or family member.

Market plan was solid well presented and kept good communication through out , the weekly reports were very handy with all the stats in one place , the eye for detail was amazing . I couldn’t ask for anything better !
