Their internet advertising and five Open Homes created viewings by about three dozen prospects, and produced three serious offers by the deadline date. They handled difficult negotiations with the best offer honestly, and used their extensive professional knowledge to advise the best options throughout this process, so that unconditional agreement was achieved with a week.

From initial sign on David was exceptionally attentive to our needs, taking a very considered approach to our timeline and needs. Through the process, comms were ridiculously good, the voice notes sent within minutes of an open home finishing, always quick to reply to any questions, and keep us updated. The auction was exceptional too, with David & Hannah talking us through scenarios and preparing our expectations properly in the lead up, before ensuring we were comfortable on the day. We really appreciated Aakar’s calm, relaxed approach throughout the purchase of our home. He gave us space without making us feel pressured or constantly chasing the sale, which we valued. He was also prompt in answering our questions and easy to deal with. One thing that could have made the experience even better would have been a few more personal check-ins during the conditional stage. While we appreciated being given space, this was also a time when there were quite a few things happening behind the scenes. A quick call or message to see how things were progressing, whether we had any concerns or simply how we were feeling about the process would have made us feel a little more connected and reassured.
