We really appreciated Aakar’s calm, relaxed approach throughout the purchase of our home. He gave us space without making us feel pressured or constantly chasing the sale, which we valued. He was also prompt in answering our questions and easy to deal with. One thing that could have made the experience even better would have been a few more personal check-ins during the conditional stage. While we appreciated being given space, this was also a time when there were quite a few things happening behind the scenes. A quick call or message to see how things were progressing, whether we had any concerns or simply how we were feeling about the process would have made us feel a little more connected and reassured. Overall, a positive experience and we appreciated his support throughout the process.
