Emma, Matt and the team were incredibly helpful at all stages of the sale process. Emma was a brilliant source of advice about what work we needed to undertake to get the house 'market-ready', and her team was able to set us up with some first class, reliable tradies, charging very reasonable rates. The team then provided us with considered advice about the marketing strategy, and were able to be flexible and agile when a storm hit just before marketing started and some remedial work on the house was required. The video and photography were terrific and the whole team put lots of effort into the sale campaign. We were kept up to date with developments and Emma was always happy to field questions. We were told by almost everyone that our local real estate market was the worst that it had been in over 30 years, and there were several houses on the market around us that failed to sell. The fact that in a market like that we were able to achieve a price right in the middle of the range that Emma had given to us before the campaign was testament to the team's hard work and expertise. Emma is a true real estate professional. She and her team realise that selling homes can be stressful for vendors and buyers and are committed to providing all of the support that they can.
