I chose Sam because I had bought a house previously through him and knew he was great to work with. Sam is friendly, down to earth easy to relate to making the selling process easy. He demonstrated extensive market knowledge and was able to advise when necessary making decisions easy and no stress throughout the entire process

I mostly worked with Sam to sell my home. He and Ben were really organised, did what they said they would and gave us clear honest advice. I know Sam has been in real estate for some time and he has the knowledge and gut feel for it. Both Sam and Ben were respectful, polite and considerate. Just nice people to deal with!

Sam and Ben sold our property in one week for a price higher than what we were expecting. We mostly dealt with Sam and found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was always honest and realistic with his advice. We would not hesitate in recommending this team.

I can't recommend Chris and Will more. They were good communicators and very clear on the sales process and where things were at through-out. They are very responsive on the Whatsapp group they set up and always got in touch regarding viewings and provided feedback after viewings and open homes. They proved to be resilient in a slow market and kept working hard even after we had a conditional offer providing me with certainty and an outcome. They managed the process from end to end in a professional and seamless manner. Safe hands!

Tommy was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, genuine and clear. He took me on an afternoon tour of several properties – much appreciated by me, a non-driver in a rush to find a place. None of those were winners but I kept dealing with Tommy once the right property came up and he has been easy to deal with and got me a thoughtful gift as a house-warming present. I recommend him.

Claire went beyond helping me on questions I had with things that were not there immediate domain or responsibilty as real estate agents, I was super impressed how quickly claire flew into a Rockstar agent role on investigating my needed answers from wgtn city council and beyond.. she got straight into it all and promptly found out what was needed to learn in order to satisfy my questions. Personally I would hire claire and grant in a heartbeat a dynamic duo to sell again , they are very , very experienced , smart and kind .

They had such a positive attitude and bought energy and enthusiasm to marketing our house. They were patient and found solutions to any difficulties. They gave us encouragement at each step in what was a new process for us. We were regularly updated as the marketing period progressed. The presentation of the sale information and photographs were stunning and the house looked the best it ever had. We were given easy access to support contractors - cleaners painters and stagers which saved us time and money. From our first contact with Lowe and Co at reception we were met with courtesy and helpfulness. Other members of the team Pearl and Charles were also fantastic - they were encouraging, making all the interactions pleasurable. The team went the extra mile on so many occasions. Based on our experience we have a high level of trust in Aaron and Matt and Lowe and Co overall and will recommend them to anyone we know in Wellington looking to sell. We were overawed going in to this process but Aaron and Matt took the stress away with their personal approach to us and professional attitude to the task.
