We just finished selling our home and honestly it went better than we expected. A big part of that was down to Belinda, Seven, and the rest of the team. They were always on time, replied quickly whenever we had questions, and were upfront about what was happening at each step. We never felt left in the dark. No chasing required. We ended up with an offer we were happy with, and when the buyer came back with repair requests, the team just sorted it by connecting us with the right contractors and kept things moving without us having to stress about it. It really did feel like everything was taken care of from start to finish. We’d recommend them without hesitation.

Fernanda kept us in the loop through the whole process. She gave us expert, accurate advice and she knew what would be the best route for the sale of our property. Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere. We would definitely go back to her if we were to sell or buy another house. Even though ours was an auction she help negotiate extras for us. Fernanda organised 4 viewings outside the normal open homes and even drove me to them since I was from out of Christchurch. Honestly can't find a fault!!
