Tina was great.she went over and above

Very good communication style. No wasting time. Very organized working style.

She followed up by phone all people that viewed our property there were over 60 people/groups that came through. She worked very hard and as a result we achieved our target.

We are so incredibly happy that we chose Georgia and Team Malloy to handle our sale. From the very beginning, they provided excellent service and maintained the perfect balance of personality and professionalism. It never felt like just a transaction, they were genuinely invested in our journey. Georgia and the team were always available to answer our questions—no matter how small—and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly believe we got the best result we could have, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier agent. Thank you for making a stressful process so seamless!

Georgia had a wealth of knowledge which made us feel at ease and comfortable dealing with her. She regularly checked in to ensure that certain processes, ie builders report and the financial side of things were being actioned and that we also understood what was happening with regards to the processes. Georgia and team Malloy, know the real estate business and the flow of the market. Georgia and her families professionalism made us feel at ease when going through the initial inspection of the property, to being on hand and available to answer questions, regarding the property or anything pertaining to the property and it's processes. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking at getting on the housing ladder.

I chose Nicky and Georgia Malloy to market my Henderson home after discussions with five other agents. I was very particular about choosing the right agent, after-all, you pay the same commission whether you get a daft agent or a brilliant one. Sorry to sound silly, but selling my home was actually a serious project, not to be taken lightly and I have only good things to say about the journey from listing to selling and settling with Team Malloy. Nicky and Georgia are quick adapters in a changing market. They operate at a highly sophisticated level. I was drawn to their impressive listening skills, to their deep awareness of the local market and to their supportive positivity. High-level communicators, Nicky and Georgia are a powerful two-generational combo: years of knowledge and experience plus youthful smarts and technical agility. Nicky and Georgia explained the individual value of auction, of marketing with price, and tender. With their input and support, I chose to go with Deadline Sale. They were sensitive to my dislike of the word 'dead' in a marketing campaign. I wanted my campaign to be 'alive'. We changed to Set Date of Sale. An offer was brought to me that exactly fitted my expectations in terms of price and dates, the morning after the very first open home.. Team Malloy continued to market the property to gain a back-up agreement but once the offer became unconditional, we unfurled the SOLD sign. Everything from photography, virtual staging, brochure printing, internet listings, presenting of offer, building report, price negotiations, contract going unconditional... it all happened seamlessly. At one point, I attended an auction at the Universal Drive offices of Harcourts and saw the large number of people working there. It's a huge support network. At all times, I felt the very successful journey of marketing my Henderson property was in safe hands. I'm thrilled to be able to write the headline "Sold After The First Open Home !"

Yuvraj has clear communication, great patience, very approachable, on to his responsibilities and proactive. I can definitely recommend him to anyone who likes to sell or buy a property.

It was amazing with Yuvraj. The whole process was smooth and the guidance by him was top notch. If Yuvraj wouldn't have been there then we wouldn't be able to buy this house at the first place. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, Even at times when we genuinely believed the deal was over and 'as good as dead' Alex never gave up on our behalf. While we had started to lose hope, he continued working hard behind the scenes and remained confident that he could make the deal happen. As the process went on, Alex slowly began sharing small pieces of good news with us, and that’s when we felt that Alex Wu had truly “wooed” us with his persistence, dedication, and belief in the process. Against all odds, he managed to get the deal across the line and finalized for us. We are incredibly grateful for Alex’s commitment, perseverance, and support throughout the entire journey. His professionalism and determination made all the difference, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely fights for their clients.

Thank you Alex for your help throughout the property sale process. Your communication was excellent, professional and efficient, which made the experience much smoother. I appreciate your effort and support and would love to recommend your service to friends and families.

Alex is a great agent with many years of experience and local knowledge in central and west Auckland. His communication skills and negotiation skills are outstanding. I am happy with final results. Sold my home in a week at a satisfying price.
