As it past time for us to retire we are selling our rental properties when tenants move out. This is the second one she has sold for us in the past 2 years and, once again, she did an excellent job.

Kristina is a wealth of real-estate knowledge which was a huge help as first home buyers. She was always ready and willing to help and just text away on any concerns or updates on the buying process. Kristina was always willing to work around our skewed schedule to make meetings work at a time for us, so we didn't have to take more time off work than necessary. She had a number of recommendations for various things we would need through the process to help make our lives easier dealing with the hoops of home buying. I think a review from a first home buyers' perspective is really valuable. Having searched for a while, we'd come across several agents. If you've ever been new to purchasing a home, you'll know how intense it can be trying to navigate something you've never done before, and how a lot of agents will use this to their advantage. Sudu was not one of these agents. We'd looked at a home we saw online, and it wasn't for us, but noted he was the first agent to actually talk to us like people. No over exaggerations, buzz words, or uneccesary sales pitches. He noted the price range we were looking for, and within a week we looked at another property we fell in love with. He answered all of our questions, communicated really well, and made the entire process so much easier. We have now just gone unconditional and we couldn't be happier :) Highly recommend working with Sudu.
