From our very first phone meeting I was gauged for my expectations and then sagely counseled with a balanced opinion on the market without any embellishment or fanfare. The final result matched that first discussion. Elissa picked up the ball that had been dropped horrendously by my previous agent and tirelessly worked to achieve a result at the upper end of my expectations. I was promptly informed of every relevant detail that I needed to be kept abreast of throughout and was provided with direct guidance when decision making was required and asked for. Elissa worked multiple options in parallel, never backing off with complacency and when Plan A fell over she simply enacted Plan B immediately, allowing complete continuity of process.
