We had been looking for a house for months, finding it increasingly stressful dealing with various agents and getting really worn out by the whole process. Until we found Ashrut. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and clear with his instructions and guidance throughout. As first home buyers, Ashrut made the process easy and as stress free as possible. Everything was done fast, with communication throughout and we ended up with our dream home! Not only that, but he gave us recommendations and contacts for work that needed doing - plus a lovely welcome home gift. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property.
