From our first phone call with Jeremy, we knew we had chosen the right person to sell our house. The knowledge he shared with us from the start and communication throughout the whole process couldn't have been better. Both Jeremy and Linda were professional and friendly with great knowledge and advice that was always appreciated. All of this contributed to sale of our house being an enjoyable experience. Linda's eye for detail and staging of the property were excellent, she gave us clear instructions as to what we might do to best present the property and then she did her magic. Jeremy had many hurdles to overcome when dealing with a less than helpful Body Corporate Chairperson and then the manager of the maintenance company who was claiming far more responsibility than his position might suggest. There were queries about age restrictions in the complex that to this day have yet to be resolved. However he soldiered on, identified a likely purchaser and worked gently with them and their son to get the sale across the line, BRAVO!!

From there the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and handled professionally from start to finish. As a first home buyer, it can all feel pretty overwhelming, but Michael made everything easy to understand and was there every step of the way. Right from the get go Hanish was very knowledgeable and accommodating in sitting down with me and my family in the sale of my home. His explanation of what the end to end process would look like was both detailed and simplified so that we walked away with a clear understanding of what was going to happen. His knowledge of how the market had changed from the beginning of the year versus later in the year showed he has extensive knowledge of how house prices had dropped and how this would affect the sale of our home. He kept us in the loop around all documents that needed to be signed and communicated when he had viewers ready to come in at a moments notice. This showed a clear determination on his end to meet deadlines for the sale of our home. Ironically enough, it was his focused mindset that led to a favourable offer in less than 2 weeks of the house being on the market. He went above and beyond to get as much value as possible so as to ensure we were getting the best deal in the market but at the same respecting the buyers budget. However, I think what me and my family can agree with the most is how he handled himself when we ran in to a few complications regarding the settlement of the home and meeting the conditions for the agreement. I am thankful he held our hand and went through different options regarding the issue, reaching out to different support people to get us the help/repairs needed to meet the standards of the buyer. I was surprised at the focus and turnaround from the unfortunate finding to when we completed the appropriate repairs and negotiations for the house price. Without his guidance we may have lost the buyer. Thanks Hanish for helping us sell our home but also helping another family in to their dream home.

Neal recently sold my 2-bedroom investment property. The unit was built in 1977 and needed updating. Not the easiest property to sell as it was competing with a large number of 3-bedroom new builds. Neal kept me updated and supported me through the process which was rather stressful.
