I know Emma from a recorded sold price for our nearby property. And invite her to appraise this property. She is very professional by pointing out what needs to be renovated and staging etc... The whole process is very smooth. She brought first multiple offers before first open home and several runs of multiple offers...She has a good control of the whole process and was patient to wait for us when we thought the price is not high enough. No pushing at all. And finally we landed on the market price which is higher than CV. To be honest, she did a great job in current uncertain property market.
