Bruce and Dale did a fantastic job advising us on how to market our property. We decided to undertake a light renovation which started whilst we were taking an overseas holiday in Europe. Dale was incredibly helpful in sourcing contacts for the various aspects of the work which included building work and painting the interior and exterior. The marketing by Bruce and Dale was spot on and we sold our property quickly. It went on the market in late November and it was sold in early January. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would recommend Bruce and Dale without hesitation.

We cannot rate Vic highly enough for his amazing support, expertise and communication throughout the whole house selling process. From the initial meeting though to the sale, he has always been available and a constant source of advice and encouragement. After each open home we were able to catch up with him on the spot, not having to wait two or three days for the email report. There were a number of setbacks for us during the process, but Vic came up with constructive comments and a way to move forward. He has a great team around him whom we also appreciated.
