Yes very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating and very professional. But then you expect that from great agents 👍(they were recommended to us). Where Tracey & Warren really shined was there organizing, and commitment to help in preparing the property for sale. We live in Christchurch and property for sale was in Hamilton. It had been rented out and was in good condition but needed some landscaping, waterbasting, bathroom painted, and minor plumbing and gas fitting done. I thought I would be organizing this. But no Tracey was more than happy to organize with her contacts. All the work was done very well at very reasonable rates. But the main thing here is organizing contractors and then meeting them at the property all takes time and effort. This was no problem at all for Tracey & Warren. When the property was sold they organized for fridge, washing machine & dryer to go to a local charity to help others. What a team 👏 👍👍
