We couldn't be happier with our experience with Frank. When we talked to him about what we were looking for in a property he made sure to really understand our priorities. Not many properties have the features we wanted in the area we were interested in. Instead of taking us to houses that wouldn't tick our boxes, Frank helped us explore the idea of purchasing land and building and showed us the lot that we've bought. The location is perfect for us and we can build the features we want. We couldn't be happier. We didn't have any experience with building a house, but Frank was able to set out the whole process, introduce us to a reputable building company, navigate the negotiation and due diligence process for the land and help us with the draft design for the house so we will get something that will suit our needs and be desirable if in the future we would want to sell it. I don't know of any other agents with the knowledge, experience or dedication to help us like Frank has. It's been fantastic.
