Claire helped the reviewer buy this property

Claire made light work of a challenging property deal.

Claire was the vendor's agent of a property in Campbells Bay on the North Shore in Auckland. I was the purchaser. I was overseas at the time when my daughter contacted me regarding this property. I envisaged this was going to be an uphill battle to negotiate and put a possible sale together. Claire proved to be an outstanding agent, who put a deal together under challenging circumstances. Claire looked after her vendor's interest first and foremost, but was also able to provide excellent service to me the purchaser. I cannot speak highly enough of Claire's tireless effort, professionalism, commitment and great service she provided. Thank you Claire. Rob Hallie.
