Danielle and Alexia both went out of their way to help us purchase our first home. We came into this knowing we didn’t have much knowledge on the process but they both walked us through it, answered all our questions when we had them. Advised us in a way that worked for us, there’s been many agents we’ve worked with in the past while looking who pushed and didn’t communicate well, only seemed to want to get a sale but we couldn’t rate Danielle and Alexia high enough. They also assisted us with a lawyer who checked the title urgency and guided on price for comparable properties in the area. Very glad we got them who made our journey on buying our first home so much better and easier than we had expected.

We never doubted that Tania was the right person to sell our house. She totally got its appeal and so could talk about that to buyers convincingly . She is also a real doer and problem solver, she has your back always. Her negotiating skills were much better than ours too. She is also a Brooklyn advocate through and through, as someone who lives right in the village, so who better to sell our Brooklyn villa?And Bianca is her very able assistant so we always felt wonderfully supported. Having Tania sell your Brooklyn home is a complete no-brainier.

With three property sales with Tina as our agent we can recommend her highly. She has honest, transparent communication skills. Great pre-sale knowledge as to ways to get the best price. She certainly has proven herself to us. Anyone signing with her can expect realistic and uninflated sales talk, much needed in the present market.
