We will be selling a property shortly and will likely end up using them as selling agents.

Unexpectedly, an important role was keeping onside with the tenants and Jason went the extra mile to maintain access to the house. I could trust that Jason would do what he set out to and appreciated his efforts to keep interested buyers connected. Throughout the time we worked together, Jason kept me up to date by phone and with emails, managing a good balance between advising and asking for my thoughts. A supremely competent seller of real estate and I'm so please that he was selected by Ray Simpson Real Estate to sell 169 Ohiro which they had managed for 8 years, A million thank yous Jason. You never missed a beat and the house sold to a wonderful buyer/new neighbour.
