Estelle helped the reviewer buy this property

Incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable

As we were from Sydney, Estelle explained many facets of buying our first house in New Zealand. We couldn't have bought our new house without her. She was on the phone with us in Sydney while we were bidding at the auction. She is very honest and very responsive to our many questions. She even helped us find a lawyer and a property manager, who we are very pleased with. She is professional but also friendly and generous with her time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell property in Christchurch.
