1. Oustanding communication - no surprises, always keep you well informed and explained unfamiliar approaches and processes in a manner that was easy to understand. 2. Provided market advice and compatators with estimates that were spot on. 3. Went the extra mile to provide suggestions to help with sorting and disposing of house contents, access to trade help be it builders, plumbers, electicians, building inspectors even skip bin companies! 4. Always available and made everything effortless - nothing was a problem. A very solution and outcome fouced person. 5.
