She worked hard to bring potential buyers together, made countless calls, encouraged interested parties to attend and bid at the auction, and kept working right up to the final moments. Watching her at the auction, I could see that she was genuinely doing everything she could to keep her promise to me. In the end, she delivered an excellent result, and I came away feeling that she had truly given it her best. She is an absolute star in my eyes.
