Ronelle undertook detailed and diligent work to sell our property under difficult market conditions at a time when there was a definite downturn in the market. Because of market conditions we did not get the price we would have liked but still got above the rated value under the downturning market

Great communication throughout, we enjoyed the easy and responsive whatsap communication with Hamish's team. Hamish was very honest of market conditions but understanding to our needs and wants as well. He was patient and knowledgeable in explaining the sales/auction and offer processes to us. Nic and Sue have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We now live overseas so we couldn’t make it to the house before selling it and they spent many hours at our house making sure it was looking good for the buyers. And it looked amazing. We decided back in February that we were going to be relocating to another city, we contacted Nas to have a chat about selling our first home for us.
