Arriving in New Zealand at the age of 17, Son did his high school and his Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences at AUT, as a young man and new to the country he certainly hit the ground running! Tale of 2 halves

Hi there So when dealing with this house sale I found it was a tale of 2 halves. Brie was a bit out of her depth and just felt quite new to the scene but lovely (wanted to make an offer and felt blown off), final inspection no power, however was really nice too talk to and work with. Edward was pretty relentless until our house sale was u conditional. Felt sometimes it was too many texts we were trying to provide information as we could. As soon as it went unconditional he dropped off the radar. I felt they balanced each other out but felt brie could have had a bit more support towards the end. I think its probably just a work on with both of them selling the house that brie has to be a bit more pushy and Edward slightly less. Overall the stress is done and we got it all sorted

I had a great experience working with Son Dinh to sell my property. He managed to achieve a sale price above my expectations, even in a tough and uncertain market. From the beginning, He was very professional — from putting together strong marketing and advertising, right through to handling negotiations with the buyer. On auction day, there was only one bidder and the final bid was well below the reserve price. However, he didn’t stop there. He worked hard behind the scenes and negotiated an outcome that ended up exceeding the reserve, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for their effort, professionalism, and persistence. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
