In the beginning, everything about the sales process was explained clearly to me. The photographs taken in and around the house were excellent. The advertising in the various mediums was very effective. The Open Homes were conducted efficiently and I was kept up to date with a written report after each one. Adam explained the comments from each of the attendees and we would discuss their possible interest. Being unfamiliar with the auction process Adam helped me understand what I could expect and calmed my nerves on the day. The auction was a huge success; we achieved a great result. Adam was very professional and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone else wanting to sell their home.

Client liaison excellent. Consultation on all key marketing decisions also excellent. No faults with the reactive marketing strategy. Acknowledgement to Andrei in particular for personal attention, open home management and pursuit of prospective buyers. Brent & Katia also acknowledged in different roles. However, with hindsight, client market expectations set too high which influenced decision to sell in first place and first, best offer was declined. Not a criticism, simply a warning that, in a difficult market, sellers should be conservative in their 'bottom line' view of sale price, independently of agent assessment.
