Having looked at a number of properties on our house finding journey, we were sold by both the property and ease of engagement with Sharon and Mal. Qs were asked and answered in good time and we were also given space to just 'be' in the property and get a feel for the place which was v much appreciated. Market and area knowledge was great and helped us get a good assessment against neighbouring suburbs.

We first met Sharon at one of her open homes and immediately loved her personality. Sharon is super friendly and really went above and beyond our expectations. We moved from rural Whakamarama to be closer to town and ended up going to another home Sharon was selling. Sharon made it easy to attend viewings and we feel really had our best intentions at heart. Sharon Blaikie is very easy to deal with with great communication and market insight, and overall making the buying process a lot more digestible for first home buyers like myself. Not to mention there were a couple of issues that came up during the process, for example the hot water being turned off without anyone knowing, so when it came to pre-settlement inspection, it could not be tested. However, Sharon was quick to jump into action and resolve. Again overall very pleased with the service and look forward to potentially dealing with Sharon / Arizto in the future :)
