We first met Nicholas 6 years ago when he helped us buy our home, and we had such a fantastic experience that he was the first person who came to mind when we decided to sell and move to Christchurch. The marketing of our home was fantastic, from the beautiful photos and video to the excellent communication throughout the campaign. Our WhatsApp group made staying up to date easy, and Nicholas was always responsive, positive and approachable. Although the house took a little longer to sell than we initially hoped, Nicholas never lost his positivity or his belief in the value of our home. He never pressured us to drop the price just to secure a quicker sale. Instead, he stood by his professional opinion and remained focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. Now that we’re unconditional, we respect him even more for this. He could have pushed for a price reduction to make a quicker sale, but he stayed true to what he believed was right for us. Our marketing was so attractive that our eventual buyer came through an open home, fell in love with the presentation, and decided they wanted to sell their own home with Nicholas too! If that isn’t a testament to the quality of his work, we don’t know what is. Selling with a 16-month-old toddler and open homes every weekend wasn’t always easy, but Nicholas and his team made the process as stress-free as possible. They accommodated nap times, allowed us to take breaks when needed, and never made us feel pressured to have a perfectly clean home. Adam, Dan & Vicki were all great to work with. We had pretty specific requirements and probably made things difficult at times but no one even batted an eye. Dan was the main point of contact a lot of the time and he was always great to have a yarn with, always enthusiastic and went above and beyond with helping out with the dog when we couldn't get her out of the house for viewings.
