At one stage during our marketing campaign we had an unpleasant individual view our property who bought a friend through who was an electrician he then claimed to have concerns. Our own builders report did not show this. Once again Zani was increasingly professional and organised for a further property assessment and disclosed the concerns to all other interested parties so as to be completely transparent. Zani has an incredible knowledge of the selling process and guided us through the various changes, updated the open home data, kept in constant contact, advised on the sale and purchase agreement, arranged an auctioneer, and spoke with our lawyer to ensure everything was ticking over. We were secure in the knowledge that all due processes were followed, and her communication skills were excellent and effective. All parts of the sale of our home were attended to and we were confident our home would sell. Zani constantly said our home was presented perfectly for the people who would ultimately buy it, and updated us on presentation style.
