Zani was extremely professional and knowledgeable an excellent communicator.
Zani had extremely good market knowledge and offered extremely helpful advice. At one stage during our marketing campaign we had an unpleasant individual view our property who bought a friend through who was an electrician he then claimed to have concerns. Our own builders report did not show this. Once again Zani was increasingly professional and organised for a further property assessment and disclosed the concerns to all other interested parties so as to be completely transparent. None of the other interested parties voiced concern. We felt well represented by Zani in this situation and had a positive auction experience.
