My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. Their professionalism and market knowledge was important given the difficult situation in the area. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer. They we're excellent communicators and fully briefed me on all aspects of the selling process.

Neal sold a property for me located at Huia. The sale was dependent upon the sale of a second local property. The market in Huia can be very variable with often long sale times. Neal dealt with the sale of the second property he produced a result in a timely manner. His communication was clear concise and resulted in a satisfactory result for both parties involved. He was always available when required and had good communication by both phone and email. Because Neal is a local and lives and breaths the area I recommend him as his local knowledge is very valuable asset. He is sensitive to the fact that buying and selling property has both financial and emotional components. He was at all times friendly, approachable and proffessional.

Neal and Meg’s helped us sell our house. Neal was pretty spot on with his appraisal at the beginning. We appreciated the down to earth approach and always taking time to take our calls or answer any questions we had. They also worked hard to get us our new family home and made the whole process of selling and buying easy.

The main reason why we have chosen Neal is for his honest approach and not sugar coating. His feedback of the house was honest and balanced but not overly enthusiastic, without an artificial attempt to gain our sympathy- this made him stand out compare with a competitors. Our gut feel to go with Neal's team has proven to be a right decision. Although it took longer than anticipated to sell the house due to slow market, we knew that he,Megs and Ryan were right people for the job.

Upon review, what sets them apart is they are realistic. What they said at the appraisal stage is what we sold for. They deeply understand the market and are upfront and honest with what they think your property is worth. There's no fluff and bubble, just straight to the point. From my experience, this is rare as a lot of agents can give you false hope but there was none of this with Abbey and Amy. Couldn't give them better feedback and highly recommend to anyone.

From the outset to the end, Hayley and Roberta were outstanding. Their professionalism, clarity, understanding and guidance through our at times complex journey, made our first-time sale experience as good as selling a home could be. I assume most sellers find the first or every sale experience daunting at times, but these guys went out of their way to support two total novices in a remarkably supportive manner. Their energy was amazing. It never dipped. The stayed positive when we got a little disconcerted (tough market out there!) and pragmatic when needed, to not allow us to run rogue with moonbeams expectations. Communication was excellent. They immediately set up a chat group with us so we all went on the journey together. Everything captured one place. Total transparency between all parties. Incredibly useful. If we needed to chat, we were never left hanging. Their availability for face-to-face meetings or impromptu calls made us feel like we were their only client. We weren't of course. That's simply brilliant customer service. Having two agents rolling as a team was fantastic. This meant that no matter what curveballs were thrown (there were a few), we had one or both to guide us and allow us to make swift decisions. Lastly, but of note - Hayley and Roberta are damn good people. Both are compassionate, have amazing EQs, and are a lot of fun.
