Team Tomes helped the reviewer sell this property

Trusted and caring professional, with strong community connections

We've known Fiona personally for some time, which is part of why we chose her, and that's really a reflection of who she is: someone deeply connected to and trusted within our local community. Those same relationships proved invaluable throughout our sale, and we were genuinely impressed by her professionalism and market knowledge from start to finish. Selling our home was an extremely difficult and emotional decision, and Fiona understood that from day one. Her patience and empathy made a hard process so much easier. As we were living overseas throughout the sale, communication was critical, and Fiona handled it brilliantly. We always felt informed and confident about what was happening, despite the distance (and time difference)!. Her guidance on everything from garden and house maintenance to marketing and staging was balanced and practical. She helped us make good decisions without ever pushing, and her local knowledge and trusted network of contacts made every step seamless. Not only did we achieve the sale result we were hoping for, but the entire process went beyond expectations. We would absolutely recommend Fiona to anyone looking to sell, especially if you're managing things from afar or facing a sale that means a lot to you.
