Abbey and Amy were amazing throughout the entire process. Their proactive communication is world-class and they really lead us through the journey of selling our home. Upon review, what sets them apart is they are realistic. What they said at the appraisal stage is what we sold for. They deeply understand the market and are upfront and honest with what they think your property is worth. There's no fluff and bubble, just straight to the point. From my experience, this is rare as a lot of agents can give you false hope but there was none of this with Abbey and Amy. Couldn't give them better feedback and highly recommend to anyone.

Jayne Kiely and Amy Robertson are a brilliant team and were extremely helpful explaining the whole selling process clearly. The team at Ray White are very hardworking professionals but fun to work alongside. Jayne and Amy are exceedingly helpful and they explained every step of the selling process clearly. Their marketing was perfect, the photos taken were brilliant and their video was awesome. There was a lot of laughter while making the video that showed our property in the best way possible. We highly recommend them to others as they are most diligent agents we have ever met. They arrived early for open days to ensure everything looked best. They stayed a long time after open days to speak to perspective buyers. Their communication and processes are marvelous. They are eager to help and organized eight building reports and individual viewing times that suited perspective buyers. We trusted their judgement and were thrilled with the selling price as this exceeded our expectations. Our property sold within three weeks at auction. Malcolm and I felt extremely well supported through the whole selling process and would definitely ask them to sell our next home. They are so friendly we will miss their happy smiling faces. The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Our trust was well placed, communication was quick and concise. Our journey started 6 months prior to going to market with a walk through to discuss what was worthwhile doing to tidy the property and what we should just leave. Forward planning by ourselves, Abbey and Richard allowed us to have a clear understanding of the plan moving into the sales process. We passed in at auction but Abbey wisely advised us to go to market, 6 days later Abbey tabled 3 offers!!!. Selling a home is always a rollercoaster but Abbey and Richard made the process easier. We have purchased a property and sold through Abbey and Richard and would 100% reach out to them again. Good luck
