I used to teach and coach leaders and service providers for major international companies and government agencies on customer service and satisfaction. So I can be a fairly particular client. They had great images in documentation that was very professional and well laid out. One thing that can kill a relationship is the common folly of over-promising and under-delivering, and Sarah and Julie did the opposite, which meant I got a very positive surprise when they came back to me with a result that was significantly higher than I had expected. Through the inspection, valuation and final sales steps they were with me every step of the way. They really knew that they were not simply selling a property, they were providing a service that was hugely significant to their clients and acted accordingly. They were patient, knowledgeable and clear in their directions and activities. They are a very well-oiled machine. I have absolutely no hesitation on heaping praise on them and the team behind them for their innovation, client service, diligence and outstanding results.
