Was Professional, Knowledgable and Helpful with both ensuring we found the best possible option/choice for our needs, and in the slightly squishy Timeframe we had to work in especially given the current Market. Caring as too as she liased both open & honestly with Landlord as well, to ensure that she would be happy and comfortable with us being her Tenants . All bases totally covered too re any concerns with the Property, ensuring no misunderstandings might arise at VACATE time.

She listens and work with me. She worked very hard that she made sure I have a tenant. .

Aimieelee, took good care of our "business", followed up quickly when things needing to happen. The new tenants were also very positive about their experiences. Aimieelee gave us clear information about the potential tenants. The only thing I wonder, is whether Bayleys gets quotes (say at least two) for jobs to be done on the house. We were "a little" surprised by the more $ 700,-- dollar interior house cleaning bill for 100 sq m house.
