Overview of Tasman

Aimieelee has been approachable in all our dealings with her. She listened to our requests and was proactive in ensuring everything moved along in a very timely manner. There have been one or two things where we felt a little more communication would be been helpful but overall, to date, we rate the service provided as excellent.

Upon arrival at the rental property i knew the space was perfect for myself and my daughter. Given the date provided for move in, we moved straight in. My property manager is amazing to deal with, information to some house functionings were super helpful. Glad to be apart of Bayless and their awesome team.

We needed to set up a rental agreement in a short time because we were leaving the country. Bayleys understood our situation and the agent delivered a package which suited our needs. She was friendly but professional and we felt we could have full confidence in the company to take care of our property while we are away.

Very helpful, easy going, kind people. The process to rent my house was very easy, clear cut and was good communication throughout.

Very responsive, delivered as they promised 100%

Aimeelee Evans from Bayleys Property Management has been absolutely outstanding. Even though we’re based in Auckland, she’s always just a phone call or email away, handling every request promptly, professionally, and with a genuine smile. Her care for both our property and our tenants gives us complete peace of mind. We feel incredibly lucky to have Aimeelee looking after everything, she takes all the stress out of long distance rental property/home ownership.

As the landlord of 65 Eton Street, I’ve had an excellent experience working with Aimielee at Bayleys Marlborough. She has been professional, responsive, and reliable in managing my property. Communication has always been clear and timely, and I’ve felt confident that both my property and tenants are well looked after. Her attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance and tenant management have made the whole process stress-free. I appreciate the regular updates and how easy she's made it to handle everything remotely. I would highly recommend Bayleys Marlborough (especially Aimielee) to any landlord looking for a trustworthy and efficient property management team.

Quick and efficient visit, excellent communication and great professionalism. Aimeelee was perfect throughout the whole process, always reacting quickly and giving helpful advice.

Aimiee was great a true professional, her tenancy agreement covered all my concerns, we're off to a great start and look forward to a great working relationship.
