Overview of Toi Toi, Nelson

Anneliese was so friendly and helpful through the whole process of viewing, applying and moving in to the property. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend her and her colleagues.

Clare is an absolute professional she is quick to email me with concerns and is able to provide an excellent balance between tenant and landlord interests.

Her communication is always excellent, inspections are thorough and detailed, and she is incredibly proactive when it comes to keeping on top of everything. Any maintenance issues are picked up and sorted quickly, with great communication throughout, which makes the whole process completely stress-free for us. Mikaela is professional, reliable, organised and genuinely cares about the properties she manages. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and we have complete confidence knowing our property is in such capable hands.
