Throughout the entire Tenancy Application Process of Viewing, Applying, being successful, Signing Tenancy Agreement and receiving Entry Condition Report and Keys to our Rental home, Wendy liaised with our Landlord and guided us with Patience, Clear Explanations, and kept us totally Informed as we took each and every step, which was a new procedure to us, of the Tenacy Application process.
