The next time I spoke with Kathryn she had remembered many details regarding my situation and taken the extra steps to help accommodate my tight deadline on moving. She made the rental process very easy and communicated well throughout the process. When I needed to ask some questions whilst Kathryn was on leave, Amber was great assistance, I also appreciated that Amber organised a new ONT power cable they helped shorten the delay on many getting access to the internet. Next time I move I'd definitely be checking Barfoot & Thompson Listings

She understands that I am not always in town to answer her calls, however she keeps me informed without making me feel like I need to constantly follow things up myself. Amanda is highly professional and reliable, and any issues that arise are handled quickly and efficiently. She has also done a great job finding reliable tenants and managing the property in a way that gives me confidence it is being well looked after. As a property owner, having someone you can trust to stay on top of things makes a huge difference, and Amanda has made the whole process genuinely stress-free.
