Overview of Beach Haven, Auckland

I had the pleasure of being a tenant with Barfoot Milford for approx 3 years particularly having the same property agent Emma during those years with two different properties in that timeframe. Emma is delightful and a breath of fresh air. She responds in a timely matter to issues in the property and comes up with solutions quickly. Emma is respectful in your home during inspections and adheres to your privacy. She values the tenant and the landlord, making it hassle free during interactions. Very grateful to have been apart of Emma’s clientele.

Very responsive and thorough. Excellent communication skills and professional skills.

Emma has been managing my property for over a year now, she is very communicative and clearly wants the best outcome for both landlord and tenants. Being outside of New Zealand, I really appreciate that Emma treats the property as one of her own which has been instrumental in helping find new tenants we are comfortable with.

In a world where property managers can often be quite dismissive and rude, Emma stood out with being incredibly kind to us and was very thorough throughout the whole application process. Although it is still unclear, we would love to be able to have Emma as out property manager throughout our occupancy of the house.

Priya is clear in her communication, always approachable, and has been a pleasure to work with as my agent. She was able to secure a tenant in no time

She was very responsive through the whole process and we didnt have any issues

They are the agents for my rental property and are superb very effective and quick to get new tenants or get issues sorted

Great experience dealing with Maria, very friendly, helpful and great communication.
