Polite and affable property management, with all issues dealt to swiftly during a long tenancy.

Good communication, with a reasonable and prompt resolution of any issues. Had a long term tenancy under their management and we had no issues throughout the tenancy. Any remedial works were completed in a reasonable time frame. Would rent with them again.

Easy to deal with, good communication skills and knowledgeable with market conditions.

From the first phone call Maria put us at ease. After managing our own properties successfully for more than forty years we needed an agent to step in and take the reins to free us up for travel. She was knowledgeable about market conditions and rental expectations and streamlined the paperwork. She managed an exit of one tenant and installed another with a one day turn around. With tenant selection being paramount for us she understood our preferences and selected the right fit for the property. Maria is pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and we look forward to continuing a successful relationship with her into the future.
