I lived at this property for 6 years. And everything was so easy with my agents Viktoriya & Emma. They were both very helpful. Whenever there was an issue like the fan in the oven stopped working, the dishwasher packed in etc. They were understanding and happy to reach out to the landlord and it was always rectified promptly. The house was always kept very well so we had no issues with inspection. Only appreciated the nice feedback. And when I left, communication was always friendly and a breeze. Was a pleasure dealing with them.

Emma, has been a responsive, and respectful letting agent. Her communication is faultless, and any maintenance requests were acted upon swiftly.

Amy and Rachel were fantastic throughout our tenancy. From the initial viewing with Rachel, where she took the time to answer all of my questions, to the regular flat inspections conducted by Amy, they were both professional, thorough, and always helpful. Whenever we needed maintenance or had any issues with the unit, they responded to our emails and messages promptly and ensured everything was dealt with efficiently ( most issues solved within a day) . Their communication was excellent, and they made renting through them a smooth and positive experience. We really appreciate all their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and attentive property managers.
