Emma has been managing my property for over a year now, she is very communicative and clearly wants the best outcome for both landlord and tenants. Being outside of New Zealand, I really appreciate that Emma treats the property as one of her own which has been instrumental in helping find new tenants we are comfortable with.

In a world where property managers can often be quite dismissive and rude, Emma stood out with being incredibly kind to us and was very thorough throughout the whole application process. Although it is still unclear, we would love to be able to have Emma as out property manager throughout our occupancy of the house.
