I recently sold a house with Julia Barnett & Ryan Littler. I was extremely pleased with the performance in the communication and the service from both Julia and Ryan. They went above and beyond. There were too many to say of experiences that were excellent with Julia and Ryan, I just really appreciated the straight talk and that they were always obliging to assist us if we weren’t in Auckland to meet with Tradies and builders. We only did a very short marketing plan, weren’t sure how this was going to go as it was our first time. We were very successful and we sold the property within two weeks and settled quickly too. Julia got my house sold in mid 2026 in a difficult sellers market. Proactive and very easy to deal with, a great communicator with solid follow up on all things and market insights that were on the money. Julia and Ryan made a good team with good open home presence and feedback. Even just good common sense and general awareness of all things big and smalI which I think most people don’t come to expect from sales people which great. This is the second time I’ve used Julia at Barfoots, and wouldn’t hesitate to make it 3 times.
