Friendly professional knowledgeable local agent

Working with Jack to sell my house was an incredible experience. From the initial marketing strategy to navigating price adjustments and closing the sale, they were strategic, transparent, and completely focused on getting the best result. Jack kept me informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel entirely manageable. If you want an agent who knows the market inside out and drives results, look no further!

We had a great experience with Olivia. She kept us informed every step of the way, communicated really well throughout the whole process, and was always happy to answer our questions. Buying a first home can be stressful but she made everything feel straightforward and kept us updated from our offer right through to going unconditional. We really appreciated her professionalism, honesty and friendly approach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling, and we'd absolutely use her again if we ever decide to sell our home. Thank you for all your help!!!

We used Olivia due to her expert knowledge of the area. Every property on the market with Olivia was sold within days, a remarkable feat in this current market, and we were looking for a simple and fast sale, so Olivia and Team Atkins were the natural choice. Olivia kept us informed throughout the entire process, keeping it as straightforward as possible. I really admire the fact that she genuinely worked around our busy schedule, and this was a huge benefit for us. But most of all, I really admire Olivia's "no BS" style. She delivered on her promises, showed the right potential buyers around our property, and strove to get the maximum return as she could. I've had experience of over-promising and under-delivering, as well as poor market strategy, but Olivia gave us so much confidence in that her strategy was in our best interests, not hers. I can't recommend Olivia and Team Atkins any higher, especially if you are in the West Auckland area. True knowledge, expertise and guidance from Olivia!

Communication is first class, he follows through on what he says. He had great knowledge of the area and used great negotiation skills. He was very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend.

We recently purchased our first home through Olivia and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

We cannot recommend Olivia and her team highly enough! She came and met us where we were at, heard our goal and then got us there with ease. She was clear and prompt in all her communications and was incredibly respectful of the fact we are a busy young family. Olivia is the most knowledgeable agent in Waitakere by a mile, she knows her community and it shows.

Olivia’s communication was clear and friendly. We immediately felt at ease. She knows the area so well having been a local herself. She has such a strong eye for detail. She gets things done efficiently and confidently, and keeps everything running smoothly and well organised from start to finish — we felt confident trusting her with the sale of our home and would highly recommend her.

Gary knows the local market inside out, having worked in the area for years, and that depth of knowledge shows throughout the process. Communication is always clear and consistent, keeping things simple and stress-free, and guiding us through any uncertainties. He negotiates confidently with our best interest in mind. We’ve bought and sold with him three times now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
